There is no Food and Beverage minimum at Mirabel for one simple reason. Our dining experiences are so exceptional and varied that our dining hours see every table filled with members and their guests enjoying world-class cuisine that always delights. The popularity of the Mirabel dining experience is so great that expanding our kitchen became a necessity.

- Golfers can experience on-course delicacies on the 8th tee ranging from handmade steak fajitas and lobster corndogs to Mirabel’s legendary homemade beef jerky – one of Mirabel’s spirited traditions.
- Choose from a full complement of catering services for members, including in-home catering, party-planning services for private functions, and our unique wine-buying program. Mirabel’s Member Services staff is just a phone call away to help you with any event.
- Winemaker dinners turn up a full house, Spaghetti Sundays are standing room only, and our Seasonal and Holiday special Menus are exciting and change often.
Joshua Fuehr, Executive Chef: With more than 15 years in the food and beverage industry, Josh was promoted to Executive Chef at Mirabel in October 2008 after serving as the Sous Chef for two years. He graduated from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts. He completed his externship at Desert Highlands Golf Club in Scottsdale and joined their culinary team full time after graduation. While at Desert Highlands, Josh was promoted to Sous Chef under Executive Chef, Michael Hoobler. Josh’s passion for cooking spills over into the unique, hands-on cooking classes he instructs to almost always sold-out audiences of Mirabel members and guests. Josh enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Jenny and two boys, Kaleb and Xander. He loves the outdoors and cooking for his family and friends.
Amanda Burt, Food and Beverage Manager: Amanda moved to Arizona from Kansas with her dog, Jack, in October 2011 to join Mirabel as the Food and Beverage Manager. She was most recently the Food and Beverage Manager at Mission Hills Country Club, in Kansas where she worked all aspects of a Club – the pro shop, beverage cart, pool, kitchen, dining room and banquets. She helped plan and execute three CCSAKC Swim Championships and two Dive Championships. Amanda is a four-year member of Club Manager’s Association of America and for three years has worked part time as the Mid America Chapter’s Managing Director, planning and executing the annual golf tournament for three consecutive years. Her goal is to become a Certified Club Manager, as well as continuing to pursue her degree in Hospitality Management. Amanda spent her senior year of high school in Africa teaching sign language at deaf schools. Her heart will always belong to Kansas University basketball and the Kansas City Chiefs.
