Led by an elected Board of Directors, the Community Association is charged with preserving, protecting and enhancing the Mirabel Community. Duties include a myriad of responsibilities including: overseeing the governance and operation of the community; maintenance and preservation of community assets; creation and execution of the budget; design review implementation and construction oversight.
The Community Association’s offices are located in the Gatehouse at the entrance to Mirabel. Mody Friedman, your on-site Community Manager, has managed the day-to-day operations since January 2008. Mody has an office in the Gatehouse and available to help answer your questions or concerns. She is the liaison between the Architectural Design Review Committee and homeowners on all construction projects and requests for architectural revisions of residences. Mody also coordinates with all of the contractors for the Community, including security, landscaping and municipalities. As Community Manager, she supports the Board of Directors by preparing the monthly Board meeting package, executing policies approved by the Board of Directors and maintaining all of the official records of the Community Association.

Your Security is our Priority.
The Mirabel Security Team is available for assistance 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. There are always a minimum of two Security Team members on duty at the Main Gatehouse. Duties of the Gate Staff include greeting owners, members, and their guests. In addition, Security is responsible for monitoring access for contractors, vendors, delivery services, public services, etc. Other duties of the Security Staff include roving patrol, foot patrol of the Community and Club amenities, construction site compliance monitoring and support for residents and members.
