Ladies Workout Group

Health & Fitness Mirabel’s state-of-the-art fitness center features the newest and most modern cardio and strength training equipment. Professional trainers and instructors assist with workouts and conduct a variety of classes — including aerobics, Zumba, yoga and pilates — in the Movement Studio. Jenny Hall, Fitness Manager: Jenny moved from Illinois and has resided with her family in Phoenix for 16 years. She has been the Owner / Operator of Positive NRG Fitness, Rehab and Sports Training since 1997, as well as managed a medical clinic for 3 years – specializing in bioidentical hormones and weight loss. Jenny was introduced too Fitness / Wellness at 17 and wants to give people a dynamic new concept in fitness that focuses on customized sculpting exercises, strength training, flexibility and most of all “Quality of Life Rewards”. Jenny is a Certified group fitness instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. As well as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician), Jenny is a Physical Therapist and has been at Desert Institute of Physical Therapy for the past 3 years focusing on soft tissue and joint mobilization as well as therapeutic exercise.
