Led by an elected Board of Directors, the Community Association is charged with the duty to oversee the governance and operation of the community. This includes a myriad of responsibilities such as maintenance and preservation of community assets, creation and execution of the budget and design review implementation and oversight.
The Community Association’s offices are located in the Gatehouse at the entrance to Mirabel. The day-to-day operations are managed by Mody Friedman. She is the liaison between the Architectural Design Review Committee and homeowners on all construction projects and requests for architectural revisions of residences. Mody also coordinates with all of the contractors for the Community, including security, landscaping and municipalities. As Community Manager, she supports the Board of Directors by preparing the monthly Board meeting package, executing policies approved by the Board of Directors and maintaining all of the official records of the Community Association.

Mirabel Security
The Security team at Mirabel monitors all three entry/exit gates through state-of-the-art web-based surveillance system.
The Main Gatehouse is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
