Mirabel Offering Limited-time Membership Incentives – Free dues until November

Mirabel, the award-winning community with a member-owned and controlled private club in North Scottsdale, is now offering enticing membership incentives for new equity, non-equity and executive golf memberships as well as equity and non-equity social memberships.

Starting this month, any approved golf membership will enjoy monthly dues waived until November 1, 2012 – saving up to $10,350. Golf memberships are limited to 300 and social memberships to 75 to maintain the intimacy of the club. Property ownership within the community is not required for membership.

“Over the past 10 years Mirabel members have built and maintained a special ambience within the club, making it one of the most successful inArizona,” said Michael Ryan, Mirabel General Manager. “The sense of community, stellar amenities and pristine desert location contribute to Mirabel’s continued success and desirable choice when selecting a private club to call home.”

Beginning May 1, 2012, initiation fees will be increased by $5,000 for non-equity golf and social memberships.
