Cave Creek has its own array of diverse shops and restaurants all along Cave Creek Road.

Cartwright’s Sonoran Ranch House. Ranked as one of the best steakhouses in town, the décor honors Arizona’s ranching history. The atmosphere is cozy and family style. All the best of local, seasonal produce and meats are used.
Tonto Bar and Grill. The menu here is Native American and Southwestern and features salads, sandwiches, pasta, seafood, mesquite-grilled steaks and chops, along with home-made breads and desserts.
