- Punctuality
- Proper work attire and appearance
- Respect equipment and tools, uphold equipment appearance
- Report any equipment problems to needs to the Foreman
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform all physical tasks required
- Maintain a safe working environment for himself, crew, and Club Members
- Communicate Clearly with Superintendent and assistant on daily assignments
- Report to the daily assignment board twice for work instructions
- Maintain tree wells as prescribed
- Prune trees as recommended and when directed
- Hand water all plants, trees, and ground plane
- Maintain desert free of weed in all maintained areas
- Perform any task bestowed upon him/her by their Director of General manager
Greens Keepers

- Perform specific mowing assignments as directed
- Maintain bunkers as directed
- Perform overseeding activities as directed
- Perform any necessary hand watering as directed
- Perform any necessary cleanup as directed
- Perform any cultural practices as directed (i.e. aerification, verticutting, dethatching, topdressing, etc.)
- Perform any task bestowed upon him/her by their Director or General Manager
