Member Services/Receptionist

Job Duties & Tasks:


  • Answer Main Line and transfer questions & callers to appropriate departments
  • Greet Members & guests as you see them
  • Familiarize yourself with Mirabel's Policies, Operations, & Events
  • Take Reservations for Dining Room
  • Take Reservations for all events excluding golf-related events
  • Alert departments when deliveries are being made at the back loading dock
  • Update and upload fresh information onto the webpage – daily
  • Assist in creating new Member packets for all new Mirabel Members
  • Upload new Member's information into the webpage
  • Assist in sending out monthly mailings and member notices
  • Assist in sending out UPS or FEDEX packages
  • Assist in restocking all office supplies (i.e. paper, toner, and special requests)
  • Negotiate business relationships with personal service providers
  • Assist the Concierge (if applicable) with requests
