Job Duties & Tasks:

  • Perform set-up, clean-up, and closing duties, as assigned by the Manager
  • Familiarize oneself with all the selections on the menu
  • Greet, seat, and take drink and appetizer orders
  • Present menus, take main course orders and enter orders correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure that customer dishes are correct and satisfactory
  • Suggest and serve dessert, coffee, and/or after-dinner drinks
  • Take the necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory customer experience
  • Handle payments as prescribed by standard operating procedures
  • Work in collaboration with other servers and Team Members
